VERSANT will be led by a strong, balanced Board of Directors consisting of global industry leaders with exceptional knowledge and considerable experience to strategically guide and support the delivery of long-term value to the company.
The intended separation of Versant Media Group, Inc., targeted for completion in early January 2026, is subject to satisfaction of customary conditions, including, among others, final approval by Comcast’s Board of Directors, the effectiveness of our Form 10 registration statement which has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, applicable regulatory approvals and satisfactory completion of certain financing transactions.
Versant is not currently and will not, until the completion of the intended separation, be an independent publicly traded company.
