Roy Cho
President, Distribution & Partnerships
Roy Cho serves as President of Distribution & Partnerships for VERSANT where he focuses on negotiating linear carriage, streaming and AVOD/FAST agreements for Versant's portfolio, coordinating and executing marketing partnerships and managing ongoing and sourcing new business development opportunities with distribution platforms and partners.
Prior, Roy held several roles at AMC Networks from 2016 – 2025, including most recently Executive Vice President of Distribution & Business Development.
Roy also worked as a corporate M&A and private equity attorney in the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP.
Roy earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where he was the Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. While studying at Georgetown Law, he served as Correspondence Director to U.S. Senator Byron L. Dorgan.
Roy earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University, where he graduated with honors. He currently serves on the boards of The WICT Network, CTAM and the T. Howard Foundation as well as the Community Advisory Board of NJTV.
